BIO:

James Lucas Graham "Luke" earned his Juris Doctorate Degree, with honors, from W. H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas. While at W.H. Bowen, Luke was a member of the American Trial Lawyers' Association, Environmental Law Society, William R. Overton Inn of Court, Arkansas Bar Association, and the Advanced Litigation Trial Team, and held clerkships with Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates, & Woodyard; Hope, Fuqua, & Campbell; and the Arkansas Municipal League. Immediately after graduating from W. H. Bowen, Luke took and passed the Arkansas Bar Examination and was admitted to practice in Arkansas State and Federal Courts. In late 2008 Luke moved to Hot Springs, Arkansas, where he met and married his beautiful wife Charity, and founded the Graham Law Firm. In 2020, Luke relocated his practice to Batesville, Arkansas, where he currently practices. In addition to his private practice, Luke previously served as Malvern Arkansas' City Attorney. Luke and Charity have three children, Garrett, Isabella, and Eli. Areas of practice include: Family law, Property, Contracts, Divorce, Personal Injury, Adoptions, Guardianships, Probate and Estates, Criminal law, and General Civil Litigation.
